These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Arabic Global Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) with non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as “the Clients” or “the Client”) wishing to purchase the services offered for sale by the Seller on the website arabicglobalacademy.com.

These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website arabicglobalacademy.com and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or contradictory document.

The Client declares having read these T&Cs and accepted them by checking the box provided before proceeding with the online ordering process.

Arabic Global Academy reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after they are posted online.

Article 2: Purpose
Arabic Global Academy is a platform offering online courses for Literary Arabic and dialects from several Arab countries.
The services offered consist of subscriptions granting access to these online courses.
Subscriptions are sold with automatic renewal.

Article 3: Subscriptions and Pricing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the initial subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on the chosen offer).
The Client will be informed by email before each renewal.
Prices are quoted in US dollars, including all taxes, and correspond to the rates in effect on the day of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but subscriptions will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4: Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed online on arabicglobalacademy.com.
To place an order, the Client must create an account and provide a valid email address.
Payments are made through secure platforms (credit cards or other methods indicated on the site).
A confirmation email with access codes will be sent to the Client after payment validation.
Access to courses is personal and non-transferable.
In case of non-payment or payment rejection, access may be suspended.

Article 5: Subscription Management
Subscriptions renew automatically on the subscription anniversary date, for a period identical to the one initially chosen.
The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by emailing contact@arabicglobalacademy.com or via their personal account on the site, with effect at the end of the current period.
No refund will be made for the current period in case of cancellation.

Article 6: Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date.
However, for digital content, this right expires once the Client accesses the content.
Arabic Global Academy offers an additional 30-day “Satisfaction or Money-Back” guarantee starting from the initial subscription date.
To benefit, the Client must request it by email at contact@arabicglobalacademy.com, and the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the request.

Article 7: Access to Courses and Delivery
Access to courses requires an internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, smartphone).
After ordering, an email with access codes is sent.
If not received, the Client should contact contact@arabicglobalacademy.com.
Course usage is strictly personal and for private purposes.

Article 8: Liability
Arabic Global Academy cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues beyond its control (internet issues, servers, etc.).
The Seller does not guarantee that courses suit all levels or specific Client needs.
The Client is responsible for verifying their ability to follow the courses.

Article 9: Intellectual Property
All content (texts, videos, images, etc.) available on the platform is the exclusive property of Arabic Global Academy or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Subscription access grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use limited to the subscription duration.

Article 10: Personal Data
Collected data (name, email, etc.) are processed according to applicable regulations (GDPR).
They are used for subscription management and may be kept for statistical purposes.
The Client can exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) by contacting contact@arabicglobalacademy.com.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If unsuccessful, the competent courts will be those where the Seller’s headquarters are located.
The reference language is French.
